We Handmake Everything:
Pony Tail Country is an Oregon based business headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon. The artists are Valerie and Dennis Smith. Our line of jewelry includes pony tail covers, barrettes, earrings, necklace sets, bracelets, bolo ties, scarf and bandanna slides and belt buckles. The unique thing is that they are all made out of pewter. Since pewter does not tarnish you only need to clean with mild soap and water.
All of our jewelry is cast, shaped, polished several times and then diamond cut to give it sparkle. No gold, silver, wire, or beads are used in the jewelry.
While all of the pewter jewelry is lovely the most popular by far are the pony tail covers. They are available at art festivals and on this web site.
All of our jewelry is guaranteed against breakage.
How to Use Our Pony Tail Covers
Build your pony tail with a 'scrunchie' wherever you normally wear it. Do not use a bulky item. Choose one of our covers to fit the width of your pony tail where the 'scunchie' is. Put the wire pick over the 'scrunchie' into the middle of your pony tail and snug it to the 'scrunchie'. Simple!
